This soup has been a favorite ever since it our neighbor brought some to us when I was sick. I've taken it to potlucks and family get-togethers, and have given the recipe out dozens of times. It's super easy, fast, and so yummy for the tummy!
CHEESY CHICKEN SOUP
Ingredients:
5-6 medium potatoes
3-4 carrots
3 cups water
5 cubes chicken buollion
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 cup flour
1 cup cold water
1 can chicken
Preparation:
Cube potatoes and chop carrots, and boil until tender. Meanwhile, dissolve buollion in 3 cups boiling water, then add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Mix cold water and flour, then add to cream cheese mixture to thicken. Drain potatoes and carrots, add to cream cheese mixture. Add chicken and heat through.
