FOOD STORAGE IS COOL!

I was worried this year that we wouldn't be able to add much to our food storage, but I was pleasantly surprised. I decided to go through and organize our pantry. This is the first time since we moved here that it has been so full that I'm trying to find places for things. I canned peaches, pears, potatoes, pickles and salsa. I froze zuchinni, squash, corn and green beans. And our stake recently put in a giant order (65,000 pounds) to SLC for food storage items, from which I will be getting flour, sugar, oatmeal, potato flakes and rice. Given the current state of the economy, I'm thankful for the guidance or our church leaders!
