This is an advent calendar I got out of the December 2003 issue of the Children's Friend. Each star represents one day, and has a scripture and a question and/or task for the family to discuss and/or do. I laminated mine and added magnets to the back of the calendar, and also laminated the stars. We just use picture putty to add the stars each morning, and I'm so impressed with how well our kiddos know the Christmas story.
